  • Can I care of new hair on my own? What kind of products do I need?

    Certainly. Hair may be washed by water and shampoo right on your head (while you are taking a shower) or if you take it off you wash it by mixture of shampoo and water. However, we recommend using special cosmetics which are available in our Clinic.
    Products of our hair systems are specialist, that is why they are worth best treating.
    Intensive, often very concentrated preparations may damage delicate hair and shorten its vitality.

  • Question: I do not live in Warsaw. Can I fasten a new hair by myself if there is a need?

    It obviously depends on the chosen technology. This choice is preceded by personal consultations when a concrete method is recommended which meets Customer’s expectations and capabilities. We offer technologies that let the Clients fasten new hair by themselves, so our Clients may be people not only living in Warsaw but from distant places in Poland. There are also methods that demand visits in our Clinic for example once in 5 weeks – it all depends on the conditioning of individual Customer.

  • How long from the moment of designing must I wait for my new hair?

    This is relative to the chosen technology. For individual order you must wait around 3 months, but it is also possible to receive hair system in shorter time.

  • Do you use human or synthetic hair?

    Hair systems are made from natural hair, European or Asiatic (these are recommended to long hair dresses).

  • Do I need two hair systems?

    We suggest this to our Customers, but the decision always belongs to the Client. Possessing two hair systems gives a huge psychical and practical comfort. Customer will find it out during use.

  • How is the new hair fastened?

    It is up to the method. Some hair systems are fastened by termoadhesial elements (tapes with the organic gel) or with use of special organic glues. First method is very easy and practical for the Customer, because lets do fastening and exchanging tapes on his own. Second method is recommended to be applied in the Clinic, but this kind of fastening should be repeated every 4- 5 weeks, depending on the individual Customer. Persons whose skin gives away a lot of sebum must fasten hair around every 3 weeks.
    For women we do the hair integration by microclips.

  • My hair becomes grey, especially on temples. Is it possible to design new hair in similar way?

    Certainly. We design hair always according to the natural look of the Customer and his fancies. We also diversify the grey colour in different parts of head which makes hair dress looking very natural.

  • Can I dye new hair and do permanent wave?

    Supplemented hair are natural, so you can do it, but we recommend to make it in the Clinic.

  • How much does the new hair system cost?

    It depends on many issues. First of all it is relative to the chosen method of hair replacement and concrete technology. The price is also affected by the (individually chosen) kind of hair (European, Asiatic), the length and density. However the final effect is rewarding and always makes up for the incurred charges and the permanent stress called out with the hairloss.

  • Is the ContactSkin method accessible also for women?

    We are glad to inform that from the beginning of May 2008 it is also available for women.

  • What is the shortest time of waiting for a new hair system?

    It depends which method was chosen, but it is from 2 weeks to about 3 months.
